This reminds me, I once had an opportunity to buy an X308 XJR for my first car. I pulled over to inspect an E38 740iL which was in rough condition, but I was attracted to the silver Jaguar on the other side of the lot. I thought it was a plain XJ until I opened the hood, and the word, “Supercharged,” greeted my eyes.
There were some signs of wear and tear in the engine bay that warded me away, but I still wonder how my life would have changed had I bought that car.
